(AP) — In a story published Aug. 25, 2026, about a Michigan attorney general report on the Flint water crisis, The Associated Press erroneously reported that three state Supreme Court justices appointed by Gov. Rick Snyder joined a 2022 ruling that found one-person grand juries unconstitutional and threw out charges against him and other officials. Two justices appointed by Snyder joined the ruling. A third justice appointed by Snyder recused herself from the case.
