NEW YORK (AP) — U. S. stocks are jolting higher Tuesday and recovering a chunk of their losses because of the war with Iran. The S&P 500 leaped 2. 3% and is heading toward its best day since the war began, a day after it fell more than 9% below its all-time high set early this year.
