GULF BREEZE, Fla. (AP) — Hurricane Isaias crashed into the U. S. Gulf Coast on Friday as a dangerous Category 2 storm, lashing communities in Alabama and the Florida Panhandle with damaging winds, heavy rain, flooding and life-threatening storm surge.
