PITTSBURGH (AP) — T. J. Watt is back. Sort of. The Pittsburgh Steelers outside linebacker returned to practice on Wednesday, two weeks after he had surgery to repair a partially collapsed lung following a dry needle treatment. Watt was a limited participant on Wednesday.
